Once submitted, your account will be scheduled for deletion within 14 days.
How to Request Account Deletion
Please enter the email address that you used while creating your Trust Dent account.
Click on the Submit button after entering your email address.
Once submitted, your account will be scheduled for deletion within 14 days.
You will receive a confirmation email on your registered email address.
Important Information Before Deleting Your Account
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
All personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed after 14 days.
You will lose access to:
App services
Appointments & consultation history
Saved preferences and records
If you log in within the 14-day period, the deletion request will be automatically cancelled.
Any pending services or active bookings should be completed before submitting this request.
