Trust Dent Healthcare Platform
1. Introduction
Trust Dent (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a digital healthcare platform that connects registered dentists with dental laboratories to streamline lab work orders, communication, and workflow.
This Privacy Policy describes how Trust Dent collects, uses, stores, and protects data of dental laboratories, registered doctors, and patients.
By registering on Trust Dent and accepting lab work orders, the dental lab agrees to our Privacy & Service Charge Policies, including 5%–10% platform service fee.
2. Information We Collect
From Dental Labs
Lab name, owner name, contact information, address
Dental lab registration / certification (if applicable)
List of services (e.g., Crown & Bridge, Dentures, Aligners, Cast Partial, Implants, etc.)
Price list of lab work & delivery time details
Payment and settlement details (Bank/UPI)
Digital billing / invoice records
From Trust Dent Registered Doctors
Name, contact number, email
Clinic details & specialty
Lab work order requirements and case files (impression scans, STL files, reports, prescription form, photos)
From Patients
Patient data may be indirectly used only when needed for lab fabrication
3. Purpose of Data Usage
Information collected may be used for:
Placing and managing lab work orders from doctors
Tracking progress, delivery, invoicing, and payment settlements
Support and dispute resolution
Improving platform quality and efficiency
Communication between labs, doctors and Trust Dent team
4. Confidentiality & Data Sharing
Patient-related information shared for lab work is strictly confidential
Trust Dent does not sell, rent, or share data with third parties for marketing
Data will be shared only between:
The registered dentist
The selected dental laboratory
Trust Dent support team (if required)
Information may be shared only if:
Requested by government/legal authority
Patient or doctor gives written consent
5. Data Security Protection
Trust Dent follows industry-standard protection:
Encrypted servers and secure storage systems
Restricted internal access to sensitive data
Monitoring & firewalls to prevent unauthorized access
However, Trust Dent is not responsible for:
Misuse of case files by lab technicians or third parties outside the platform
Security breaches caused by device or network failure on user side
6. Service Charge Policy (5%–10% Earnings Deduction)
Trust Dent charges 5% to 10% platform service fee on the total amount of every lab work order generated through Trust Dent registered doctors.
Applicable for all work received: Crowns, Bridges, Aligners, Implants, Dentures, etc.
Percentage depends on work type, package and volume agreement.
Trust Dent is not involved in cash transactions between lab and doctor.
For cash payments, the lab must report the bill value honestly for settlement.
7. Payment & Settlement Terms
Service fee will be calculated after completion and delivery of lab work.
Settlement may occur weekly or monthly as mutually agreed.
Trust Dent will provide invoices and earning summary as record.
Labs must provide correct pricing and billing transparency.
8. Platform Role & Disclaimer
Trust Dent is only a digital work-flow & booking platform.
Trust Dent does not manufacture or guarantee quality of lab products.
All responsibility for accuracy, quality, delay, patient complaint, remake & warranty belongs solely to the dental laboratory.
Trust Dent is not liable for disputes between lab & doctor.
9. Rights of Labs & Doctors
Both parties can:
Request correction of data
Request account deactivation or deletion
Access transaction and settlement reports
10. Policy Modification
Trust Dent may update the policy anytime. Changes will be notified through email/app notifications.
11. Acceptance & Declaration
By joining Trust Dent and accepting lab work orders, the dental laboratory agrees to:
