Trust Dent Healthcare Platform
Trust Dent (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a digital healthcare platform that connects patients with dental specialists, X-Ray centers, CBCT centers, dental labs, and other service providers.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information shared by diagnostic centers and patients.
By registering and providing services through Trust Dent, you agree to the privacy policy and service charge terms mentioned below.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following information from X-Ray / CBCT centers:
Center name, owner’s name, contact number, email address
Clinic/license registration details & GST/Business certificate (if required)
Location, working hours, pricing list of services
Appointment availability schedule
Payment settlement details (bank / UPI)
Patient appointment data required for booking
We may collect the following information from patients:
Name, contact number, email address
Type of diagnostic service required (X-Ray, CBCT, OPG, etc.)
Appointment date & time
Diagnostic report files if uploaded digitally
3. How We Use the Information
Information collected may be used for:
Scheduling appointments between patients & diagnostic centers
Managing bookings, billing information & service fees
Customer support, service improvement, and verification purposes
Providing secure communication between centers and patients
Maintaining accurate records for accountability and security
4. Data Sharing & Confidentiality
Patient data is only shared with the selected diagnostic center for purposes of service delivery.
Trust Dent does not sell, rent, or transfer personal information to any third party.
All patient diagnostic reports and results are treated as strictly confidential.
Data sharing outside the platform happens only if:
Required by Indian law / government authorities
Patient explicitly permits sharing
5. Data Security
Trust Dent ensures secure handling of all stored data through:
Encrypted database & protected server access
Controlled internal access and audit logs
Secure transmission technology to avoid data leakage, unauthorized access or misuse
However, Trust Dent is not responsible for data misuse caused by:
Negligence or misconduct from diagnostic centers or external service staff
Unauthorized access due to user-side device issues
6. Service Charge Policy
Trust Dent charges 5% service fee on every confirmed X-Ray / CBCT booking generated through the app.
The 5% fee is applicable on the total booked amount for each diagnostic service.
The settlement will be calculated either weekly/monthly as mutually agreed.
Trust Dent is not involved in cash handling between center and patients.
Trust Dent is not responsible for financial disputes outside the platform.
7. Payment & Settlement Terms
The diagnostic center agrees to pay the 5% platform fee for each booking done through Trust Dent.
Center must provide correct pricing details for transparency.
Digital invoice or summary will be shared for settlement records.
8. Responsibility & Disclaimer
Trust Dent is only a technology booking platform and does not provide diagnostic or medical treatment.
All clinical and operational responsibility lies solely with the diagnostic center.
Any malpractice, delay, or complaint will be handled by the diagnostic center.
9. User Rights
Both patients and diagnostic centers have the right to:
Access and review stored information
Request correction of incorrect information
Request deletion or deactivation of account
10. Policy Updates
Trust Dent reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via email or app notification.
11. Acceptance
By registering on Trust Dent and providing diagnostic services, the center acknowledges and accepts:
