– Doctors cannot access patient medical information unless the patient shares it voluntarily. 

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

5. Payment Policy 

– Trust Dent App does not accept cash payments. 

– All payments are strictly online only via UPI, cards, net banking, or wallet.

– Refunds, if any, follow the dentist/clinic’s policy and payment gateway rules. 

Trust Dent is not responsible for disputes between doctor and patient regarding clinical treatment, quality, or outcomes.

Money Settlement, Refund & EMI Policy – Trust Dent App

Trust Dent is a third-party application connecting patients and doctors. 

Trust Dent does NOT collect or hold any treatment money directly. 

All treatment payments happen between the patient and the treating doctor/clinic.

1. Treatment Money Settlement (Within 7 Working Days) 

After treatment is completed, all money settlement, balance payment, or adjustments must be completed within 7 working days. 

Settlement happens only between the patient and doctor/clinic. 

Trust Dent has no role in settlement disputes.

2. EMI, Bonus, Card Payments & Razorpay (Rozpary) 

All EMI and card payments are processed via Razorpay (Rozpary). 

If a patient wants EMI, Razorpay will provide EMI only after approval by Razorpay/bank. 

Charges Applicable Through Razorpay 

18% GST – as per Government rules. 

2% EMI conversion charge – by Razorpay (our payment partner). 

Any processing fee, transfer charge, or deduction is decided only by Razorpay, not Trust Dent. 

Trust Dent is NOT responsible for: 

EMI rejection or delay 

GST or transaction charges 

Razorpay processing issues

3. Consultant / Appointment Fee Policy 

Consultant / Appointment Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE within 48 hours. 

Only rescheduling (date change) is allowed. 

No refund will be given after 48 hours.

4. Trust Dent Does NOT Take Treatment Money 

Trust Dent never collects treatment payments. 

All payments are made directly to the doctor or clinic. 

Trust Dent does not store payment or bank details.

5. Treatment Fee May Change 

Treatment charges may change according to: 

updated treatment plan 

complications 

new findings 

additional procedures 

All payment changes are decided only by the doctor, not by Trust Dent.

6. Special Case / Emergency Handling 

For any emergency or special case: 

1. No direct phone communication. 

2. Issue must be reported via official email only. 

3. Response and resolution will happen within 4 to 7 working days.

7. Special Case – Money Dispute (30–60 Days) 

If the doctor/clinic approves a refund in a special dispute case, 

refund will be processed in 30 to 60 days based on bank/Razorpay rules. 

Trust Dent has no control over the speed of refund or deductions.

8. Trust Dent Service Charge (5%) 

From every completed treatment, 

Trust Dent receives 5% service fee from the doctor/clinic. 

This amount is paid by the doctor, NOT the patient. 

This 5% is for: 

app service 

booking support 

communication support 

digital assistance 

platform maintenance 

Patients do not pay extra for this service charge.

9. Trust Dent Liability Disclaimer 

Trust Dent is NOT responsible for: 

refund approval or rejection 

EMI approval/rejection 

Razorpay charges or deductions 

disputes between doctor & patient 

changes in treatment fees 

settlement delays 

rescheduling or refund of consultant fees after 48 hrs 

All financial responsibility lies only with the treating doctor/clinic.

15. Consultant Booking & Payment Dispute Policy – Trust Dent App

Trust Dent is a third-party application used by general dentists to book consultant/specialist doctors for patient cases. 

Trust Dent does NOT interfere in clinical discussions, treatment decisions, pricing, or professional agreements between doctors.

1. Consultant Booking by General Dentists 

General dentists can book consultant/specialist doctors through the Trust Dent App. 

All clinical decisions, treatment planning, and patient management are the complete responsibility of the treating doctor and consultant. 

Trust Dent only provides digital booking and payment support. 

— 

2. Payment-Related Disputes (Doctor to Doctor) 

Any payment dispute between: 

General dentist 

Consultant doctor 

will be resolved only by mutual understanding between both parties. 

Trust Dent is NOT responsible for: 

increase in treatment charges 

disagreement in consultant fees 

delay in payment from any party 

change in cost after treatment plan update 

misunderstandings between dentist and consultant doctor 

All financial agreements must be done directly between both doctors.

3. Treatment Charge Increase Policy 

If treatment charges increase due to diagnosis, added procedures, or complications, 

the final fee is decided only between the consultant and general dentist. 

Trust Dent has no role in treatment fee changes or negotiation.

4. Offline Cash Payment Not Allowed 

All payments must be made ONLY through the Trust Dent App. 

If any doctor or clinic accepts offline CASH, it will NOT be supported or verified by Trust Dent. 

In offline cash disputes (example: 

one party denies payment, 

cash not received, 

no record available), 

Trust Dent will NOT take responsibility because: 

**Offline payments are not traceable. 

Trust Dent supports ONLY digital payments inside the app.**

5. Official Payment Policy 

Payments are taken only through Trust Dent App using secure digital methods. 

Trust Dent provides: 

payment proof 

transaction records 

invoice/receipt support 

Offline payments will NOT be considered valid by Trust Dent. 

If a dispute occurs from offline payments, 

Trust Dent will NOT support, verify, or resolve the issue.

6. Consultant Fee Settlement 

Consultant’s payment through the app will be processed as per the official app rules. 

Any delay, cancellation, or disagreement must be resolved directly between both doctors.

7. Trust Dent Liability Disclaimer

increase in treatment charges 

offline cash payment issues 

incomplete payments or denial of payment 

misunderstanding between general dentist and consultant
